Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Nirvana Treats Bangkok Massage ("we", "us") operates two licensed massage and wellness studios in Bangkok, Thailand: Branch 1 on Sukhumvit Soi 85 (On Nut) and Branch 2 in Phra Khanong Nuea. Contact: nirvanatreatsbangkok@gmail.com · +66 61 660 2215.

2. Services and prices

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may amend the menu, hours, or prices without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made online, by phone, by WhatsApp / LINE / WeChat, or as a walk-in. A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation message. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.

4. Cancellation & refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short: cancel up to 3 hours before for a full refund; no refund after the session has begun.

5. Health, conduct and safety

• Please disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, allergies, blood pressure, heart conditions or medication during intake — we may decline or modify treatment for your safety.
• Our services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session at full charge and a permanent ban.
• Persons under 18 require a parent or guardian on-site for the duration of the treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any single booking is limited to the price paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or non-economic loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Lost or damaged items

Please keep valuables on your person. Lockers are provided for clothing and small items. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

8. Photography & intellectual property

All site content, logos, photography, and copy is © Nirvana Treats Bangkok Massage. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission. Guests may not photograph or film inside the treatment areas without prior consent.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third parties (Google Maps, the booking system spamanager.io, social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Where applicable, you may also file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board (สคบ.) or the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
