Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel or reschedule any booking up to 3 hours before your appointment for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Once a treatment has begun or been completed, no refund is available.
1. Cancellation window
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within this window, you may choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A store credit valid for 90 days, or
- Rescheduling to another time of your choice (subject to availability).
2. Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are non-refundable. We reserve therapists\' time for confirmed bookings, and a late cancellation prevents another guest from booking that slot.
3. After the treatment has started
No refunds are available once a treatment has begun or been completed. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your massage, please tell your therapist or the manager during the session so we can adjust pressure, technique, or environment in real time. After the session has ended, we cannot offer a refund.

5. Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so the next guest is not delayed. The full price of the booked treatment applies.
6. Therapist or service substitution
We reserve the right to substitute a therapist of comparable training where your preferred therapist is unavailable due to illness or emergency. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may cancel without penalty regardless of the 3-hour window.
7. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but transferable, and remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
8. Payment processing
Refunds to credit / debit cards are processed within 5 business days; depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. PromptPay and Apple Pay refunds are typically same-day. Cash refunds are issued in person at the branch where the booking was made.
9. Disputes
If you believe a refund decision is incorrect, contact us at nirvanatreatsbangkok@gmail.com within 14 days. Disputes are handled in accordance with Thai consumer protection law and the Consumer Protection Board of Thailand.
