Bangkok has the cheapest, most authentic massage in Asia — and somehow most companies here have never built it into their wellness program. We work with HR teams, EAs and culture leads from law firms, agencies, embassies, tech companies, conferences and family offices, and the same patterns work everywhere. Here's how to set it up properly.
Three formats that actually work
1. On-site chair massage day
The classic. We bring 2–4 trained therapists, foldable massage chairs, oils and music to your office. Each employee signs up for a 15- or 20-minute slot via a shared calendar. The therapists work neck, shoulders, upper back and arms — the parts that suffer from a desk job — fully clothed, in a quiet room or empty meeting room.
- Throughput: ~3 people per therapist per hour. Two therapists for half a day = 24 employees done.
- Best timing: Mid-week afternoon (Tuesday–Thursday, 1–5 PM). Friday afternoons also work but engagement drops.
- Space needed: One quiet room, a power socket, a door that closes.
- Cost: Roughly 1,800 THB per employee for a 20-minute session, with bulk pricing above 20 people.
2. Team retreat / off-site half-day
For smaller teams (8–20 people) doing a wellness afternoon, an offsite, or the calm half of a strategy day. Either of our branches can be booked privately for a 3–4 hour window outside our normal opening — usually 1 PM to 5 PM on a Wednesday or Thursday.
Format: a welcome herbal drink, a 10-minute introduction to traditional Thai massage, then 60- or 90-minute treatments rotated through 4–6 rooms. Tea, fruit and a quiet lounge in between.
- Capacity per branch: Up to 10 simultaneous treatments, 15–20 people across a 4-hour window.
- Cost: 1,200–1,800 THB per person depending on service. Group rates available.
- Bonus: Bilingual welcome briefing in Thai or English on the cultural roots of Thai massage if you'd like an "experience" element.
3. Conference, summit & event package
For multi-day conferences, board off-sites, or international summits hosted in Bangkok. We send 4–8 therapists to your venue and run a continuous chair-massage station throughout the conference (typically near the coffee break area). Delegates sign up at the desk; sessions are 15 minutes each.
This is the single most-praised "extra" we hear back about for international conferences. Delegates who fly in tired and jet-lagged remember the massage corner long after they forget the agenda.
What to give as a corporate gift
Three options that work, in order of how often they're chosen:
- Gift cards (THB 1,200–2,400): Best for client gifts, year-end staff thank-yous, and incentive prizes. Clean digital delivery, recipients pick the date and service.
- Couples vouchers: Perfect for an "employee + partner" benefit — popular for senior team members and for spouse-relocation gestures.
- Pre-paid blocks: A company puts down 10–50 sessions, employees redeem at either branch over the year. Great for ongoing benefit programs without per-session paperwork.
We invoice in THB through a fully registered Thai company, with VAT and withholding tax handled correctly. We can supply Thai-language invoices and translated English copies for global head offices.
Why companies do this
The real argument for corporate massage isn't "it's nice" — it's that for a fraction of the cost of an office party, you get something employees genuinely talk about for weeks. Our HR clients consistently report:
- Higher attendance on the day (often the only optional event with 95%+ sign-up).
- Better engagement at offsites that include a wellness slot vs. ones that don't.
- Stronger retention pull with a recurring quarterly benefit than with a one-off bigger spend.
Logistics in plain English
- Lead time: 7 days for chair days, 14 days for retreats, 21 days for conferences.
- Areas covered for on-site: All of Bangkok plus Bang Na, Sathorn, Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Lumphini, Asok, Thonglor, Ekkamai, On Nut, Phra Khanong, Bang Chak, Ploen Chit, Chit Lom, Ari, Ratchada, Bangrak.
- Therapist languages: Thai default, with English-fluent therapists available on request. Some Mandarin and Japanese available with notice.
- Insurance: Our therapists are licensed and our company carries professional liability insurance — happy to share documentation with HR.

Corporate massage in Bangkok is one of those rare wellness programs that's both genuinely loved and genuinely affordable. Run a chair day every quarter, gift vouchers at year-end, and host one offsite per year — your team will rate it among the top three reasons to stay.
